We met to discuss the key current issues and to update the residents on where we are in the process.

During the meeting:

we shared the proposed architectural plan, a preliminary cost estimate, and discussed the next steps;
our lead engineer, Oleh Romanyshyn, explained the upcoming work related to dismantling, additional insulation, and structural reinforcement;
and talked through key issues such as preparative works, ventilation, and windows;
we received feedback from the residents.
